I was listening to my loca morning radio show and they had an interesting topic. What are your guilty pleasures?
First of all, mention your favorite genre of music... then mention your guilty pleasure, which is something you would NEVER let your friends know you like, particularly a song.

I'll start...

I love Nirvana/ Old Metallica/Pantera.....

I wouldn't let my friends know I really like I Turn To You by Christina Aguilera.

OSTs - There are a few bands/artists in them, but mostly orchestrated.

Should have just said OSTs since there are a few awesome game soundtracks out there also. Dreamfall and Myst IV are some favorites.

Oh...favorite band...I don't really have one

Now I just thought of the times I blast my favorites - J-E-N-O-V-A in the car. Didn't think it's funny until I give it a little more thought and now I can't stop laughing.

Can't say I have only one favorite, but one of them would be Bomb Factory.

My guilty pleasure is listening to H.O.T. At first I listed to their Rock, Techo, and Hip Hop, but eventually I started listening to their more orchestral songs, and eventually the rest followed. They make concerts their concerts more than just listening to live music, though I have an inkling they sacrificed the 'live' for the choreography.

Haha... I'd have to list Barbie Girl as well as Rock Lobster by the B-52's but it makes me laugh when she makes the dolphin noise......

I despise Phil Collins, Foreigner and REO Speedwagon...in all forms.

My general music selection used to consist of music similar to Eohmer's when I was in High School. I haven't kicked the Pantera thing yet because they rock, but Metallica always leaves a sour taste in my mouth since the haircuts. Other guilty pleasures:

Marilyn Manson Videos (I know it's vampy but the artistry is just top-notch spooky)
Donovan (but I'm not ashamed to admit it)
The theme from the Palace Basement in Chapter Two of Diablo II.
Bach's Wedding March and other classical organ music (I can play keyboard, but learned on piano/organ and still like the organ...no innuendo intended though everyone always implies it /fume)

Guilty Pleasure: Motley Crue (music)
Tv guilty pleasure would have to be Dragon Ball Z.
