Different from the final fantasy 11 songs, what is your favorite song out of the lot of final fantasy games?

1000 words from FFX-2 (no link on their page for it) musically it is a masterpiece with good emotional lyrics and well sung by (that lass from sweetbox), the harmonies are good as well and teh video bonds it all together.

2nd would be Melodies of life http://ffmusic.ffshrine.org/ff9midis...al_fantasy.mid

Then the FFXI intro (the monks chorus and female chior make what is originally ancient lyrics sound very intense.) The orchestration is good well spread and teh light flute and strings in teh middle help differenciate the mood for the video.

A lot of the songs from ff7 (as I've played it through 6 months ago, I can actually REMEMBER it compared to ffx).
I really like the boss theme from ff8. Cool song.

Just because it's nostalgic. And although it only gets played in a few cutscenes, it's wicked awesome. Especially when Cecil is fighting the Dark Elf (Astos)

But I love Dancing Mad as a whole. I don't like the arrangement on the site you've posted. But it'll do. The concept is just...awesome. And It's so on point with its composition. Most enjoyable FF Final Boss I've ever faced. :p

Difficult to choose, especially since I've been listening to the Xenosaga soundtracks recently. Thinking about it though, the one song that made me say, 'damn I have to try that.' Ended up being the song that got me stuck on FF.

Mount Gagazett Theme/ Hymn of the Fayth - FFX
The Extreme - FFVIII (Final Boss Theme, w/ classic FF battle Bassline
One-Winged Angel - FFVII
Awakening - FFVI
The Theme of Final Fantasy - FFIV or the FFXII one
Corneria - Final Fantasy

And pretty much everything from FFIV.

It's called "Mambo de Choboco" (best Choboco theme ever) but since I'm at work with "Mr. Nasty I'm gonna block half the internet" firewall I can't post a link at this time XD
