This isn't new, unfortunately. This movie has been on the bubble for a couple of years now, and there's not much sign that any more progress has been made on it, to my knowledge.

Yeah, just recently saw adds for Transformer's in the Harken's Theater when I went for "Superman Returns" not to mention seeing the trailer for "Spiderman 3". Woo! that trailer was good...

I lost faith in super hero remakes with the first X-men and Spider Man movies.

              Re: transform and roll out!

the first Spider Man movie was much better than the first X-men movie. I just hope Superman Returns doesn't dissappoint (seeing it Monday)...

Seemed like these heros were all so ballsy when I was a kid, but they seem pretty tame now. There's just not enough action, or it's just not ballsy enough.

                  Re: transform and roll out!

I thought "Superman Returns" was awsome that time passed so quickly, I was looking around thinking "No way, it can't be over yet"...

Some pretty good symbolic meanings in it, funny though with a lot of stuff they did in it you shouldn't really bring a little kid to see it. There's areas in it that is just way to dark for them, heard so many little kids that seemed so emotionally racked by it I don't know why but I found it kind of funny.

On top of that the Special Effects were awsome.

Well at least Superman still seems kind of ballsy, maybe a little bit arrogant actually.

Wow, pretty good looking teaser I must say. Definately looking forward to it now.

Impaction, did you ever see Batman Begins. Definately put my faith back into the series.
And actually I really liked both Spidermans, really looking forward to the next one. As for X-men, well I still refuse to watch the 3rd one, but I own the first two.

hmmm that's really cool how they "transform" the texts at the end.
There are painters who transform the sun into a yellow spot,
but there are others who with the help of their art and their intelligence
transform a yellow spot into the sun.

I really enjoyed X-Men 2. The first movie was kind of lame, especially in light of the second one, and the third...sigh.

Thinking of these characters as operating in an alternate universe to the one in the comics is what enabled me to enjoy them. If I spent my entire time watching the various X-Men films pointing out all that wasn't canon, I wouldn't have any time to watch the actual film.

Spider-Man 2 was ok. I'm going to see Superman tomorrow.
