    On a whole though, recent rap just doesn't do it for me. An entire album of pretty much the same song just with a different beat. {No thanks.}
    See? another who says Jay-Z's older stuff. I'm not one to like someone who was once underground then dog on em when they become "mainstream". But Jay-Z's older stuff truely is different. I do like some of his recent catchy singles don't get me wrong, but his albums have lacked somthing his old stuff seemd to have.

      Kanye West is about the only hip-hop I listen to right now.

        Well I didn't care much for his last album. On a whole I really like just about anything Jay-Z touches, but I like his older stuff more.

        But there are some artists that once they become mainstream they leave their roots. In a number of instances, this isn't completely their fault. And I feel that's killing off artists left and right. Not just Hip Hop artists. I mean let's look at Snoop Dogg. His first 2 albums were dope. In my eyes and ears at least, he's been crap since. We have him to thank for this "fo' shizzle" shit. Jay-Z managed to, for lack of a better term (And I hate saying this), not sell out.

        So don't get me wrong, I'm a big Jay-Z fan, but In enjoy his older albums more than his last one. But I still own his last album, and enjoy some of the songs.

          Re: Favorite Rappers

          I used to like rap but I don't like it anymore because of the culture that goes along with it. I know you all expected one of these posts but, to make up for it, I'll put 2 rap songs that I still would use to make a video;

          1: Tipsy - (Well, thats a given)
          2: Jeesus Walks - (Only like it because I saw the pre-view to that new movie thats coming out, I forget the name but its an army movie)
          In the moonlight, your face it glows.. like a thousand diamonds, I suppose.
          And your hair flows like.. The ocean breeze...
          Not a million fights could make me hate you, you’re invincible.
          Yeah, It’s true.
          It’s in your eyes, where I find peace.

          [I love you, Rebecca :D!]

                I dont understand why ppl hate us juggalos so bad, theres just no point were everywhere deal with it if you dont like the music you dont need to make a big deal about it. To me any one who can make an album and have fans that are loyal are artists. Yah ppl say "garbage" or "not talented" But if some one makes more money than you do then i see it as envy.

                  ICP is just fucking retarded.

                  And that's all there is to it.
