Okay, so here's the deal. Friend has an old box big screen TV. He wants to use it as a second monitor so he can stream stuff off the internet (he already has Roku, but doesn't have cable.)
I bought a converter box for him to use between a laptop and his TV. The thing works with my HD TV when using a VGA connection. However, for his TV, we have to use RCA as it's a box TV. The image on the screen is totally screwed up, though. It displays what it should, but it's in choppy, boxy, snow format. Totally unusable. I bought a new RCA cord and it still didn't fix the issue... Help? D:

Nevermind. Derp.
I had to unplug it and replug the power source back in.
