Using PS3 Eye for a microphone for Skype?

I have tried googling this, and I got results, I downloaded the driver and installed it but... For some reason, my computer isn't recognizing the PS3 eye as a camera/mic. If anyone can give me any help to make the camera work as a mic for Skype, I would greatly appreciate that.

Probably the drivers you downloaded are faulty or the people got you to download some trojans while you thought you had legit drivers. Have you tried to contact the authors of that driver? Was it an open source project? Maybe they never intended it to work with Skype?

Well, I got it working now though. The sound tests work perfectly fine and the video is great. I haven't tried talking to anyone with it yet though.
