Personally, I use firefox. It's not the fastest, most secure, most standards compliant, or any of that, but the amount of plugins available is amazing. And not just things that make the browser do things that browsers aren't meant to do; things that modify the UI significantly, such as Tab Mix Plus, one of my favorite extensions.
I honestly don't think I could survive wootoffs without Reload Every, and tab behavior is one of those nitpicks that just gets to me.
