So yeah, confirmed by the AP now. This on top of the fact that today they sent out a tech that actually had to *hunt and peck* to fucking type anything in and I'm now convinced they have absolutely no idea what the fuck they're doing.
I swear, it almost seems like the dial up providers offer better service nowadays. I could very well see myself going back to DSL if I can't find a good broadband provider.
