  • Lag and Netscape 8.1.2

Lately I've been having some serious lag when playing on FFXI, over the course of the time, I had Netscape running during all of this when the lag spikes become unbearable. Even now, as I'm writing this its giving me this CPU eat up of my system. I'm thinking I should probally uninstall and do a reinstall. Other options could be that its cause I leave my system on 24/7 gerenally. Anyone else got any opinions or similar experiences?

Reboot at least once a week. To be honest, I don't see why you wouldn't want to shutdown a desktop system everything.

Also, Netscape 8 is a steaming pile. I'd get rid of it.
I use a Mac because I'm just better than you are.

Have you looked into Opera? It's pretty decent.
