    Ok, I've pretty much read all of the faqs and posts on lag and server time outs but still have some questions due to my problems being a little different than that which has been post as of yet.

    I'm currently running wireless from downstairs to upstairs(i know, big trouble right there). Downstairs runs fine as it's a direct connect, but upstairs I get frequent lag hiccups I'm assuming due to being wireless. The hiccup happen every 2-5min and last for 8-10sec. After the hiccup is relieved, all info is then shown(ie my char would swing 2x in a row quickly as would mob, players moving quickly ahead ect.) So it has to do with connection and not framerate etc. It's also never caused me to actually get dc'ed from the game.

    I haven't had any of these problems playing numerous other online games(again, i know, been said before in numerous other topics).

    What I've done so far:

    Opened and forwared all ports required
    did run-> tracert www.playonline.com

    when I do the tracert i get a few *, which I believe to be timeouts(?)(correct me if I'm wrong.) After running tracert a few times; it seems random as to when the timeouts(if that's what *mean) occur and not a usual set time.

    Does any of this info lead me into any direction of help to fix the problem, besides hard connecting which means drilling some holes in ceilings and floors -_-.

    Any info would be very much appreciated.
    Thanks

    Re: hiccups

    do you have any other wireless devices in the house that might be interfering with the wireless signal, i.e. cordless phones, wireless mice/keyboard?

    Thanks Yyg!
