I know how to use google. XD I just figured that since people here were talking about their extensions, they could save everyone some searching by linking to them too.

edit: I already have the Vanadiel Clock one and the Skillchain toolbar. And the Somepage search and FFXI Atlas.

I just don't have the wiki one. Unless you mean just setting it up in the firefox search bar there. That's easy enough to do.

there's a search on the mozilla site, search for FFXI and it turns that up, along with sites like alla.

I searched for FFXI and Final Fantasy XI and didn't find the wiki one, but Thrasher's link worked just fine.

Heck, if I'd known it was just a search up in that little bar on the right, I could have done that myself. XD I thought it was some sort of weird specialized toolbar.

there is a ffxi mapper extension at ffxi-atlas.com for firefox

IMO, I love firefox much better than internet exploiter. i have extensions that block images, popups, ads, etc. and a couple ffxi extensions (like vana'diel clock).

it is very rare for firefox to crash. internet exploiter crashed all the time.

I used to have the FFXI mapper, but I never used it so I nixed it.


Firefox for me only crashes when loading certain sites, mostly Java I think.

I use Brandson's Map Pack .dats (although I'll probably have to reinstall after the next update), so I really don't have much use for the FFXI Atlas search. Not that I don't still love FFXI Atlas, but I don't reference it nearly as often now.

I use NoScript, Adblock, SwitchProxy, and CustomizeGoogle. NoScript is a godsend for stopping annoying flash ads, and as a security boost.
