you graphics card will be your weakest link. i doubt you'll be able to go higher than 800x600 and maintain good framerates. i have a gf4mx (roughly same power as 5200) in my backup machine and it manages at 800x600 only if i turn off sounds.

Not to be rude or anything.

But FX 5200 is roughly 10 to 20% tuffer.

YAY! I thought so too, considering I can play HL² with all settings maxed (not the new lighting thing, and anti-aliasing on 2x. Oh, and it doesn't run perfectly, but not bad enough to bother me) on 800x600...
