i think it will

i have is a ATI x300
512mb ram DDR2
Intel Pentiun M 1.7 Ghz

runs good till i am in jeuno(at the AH) it slows down a bit but still runs
or when i am out side, when there is a earth storm going on i get slow down, all i do is turn off the weather and the game is back at full speed

i have the resolution at 1440 by 900

Always remember that,
able to run / is playable
are two different things

But yeah, you should be ok.
