How do I update my BIOS??

I for the live of me dont know how.Im getting the BSOD "Machine Check Error"
and updating your bios is supposed to help.I have an asus mb do i just go to their site?

Updating the bios is quite a task if you get it wrong, as BIOS makes your machine work to put it simply. i would visit their site and research all how to do it and print out the instructions, yes their site should have the update on, but make sure you get the right BIOS for your motherboard, if in doubt get someone who knows how to do it do it for you, a little bit of cash to a computer store is less than if you screw your whole system up!!

i did it I went to asus.com and downloaded their bios tool thingy.I used cpu-z to check mother board specs and i got the right one.Flashed it and restarted and so far so good.Im just trying to combat this BSOD ive been getting recently

Glad it worked for you, asus are quite informative on their site.

What error code are you getting on the BSOD?
