FFXI Crashing

Ok, I was playing in bastok running around no problems. Went into gusta didn't have problems for a few mins, I was killing a couple bees and all of a sudden boom game crashed. Log back in, walk up hill to meet a friend get to the top he starts a fight with some bats and boom crash. I log back in crashes in 10 secs, log back in run down hill as fast as I could and it stayed on for a while, ran around then got a linkpearl from another friend, equiped it, ran back towards bastok and it crashed again. I tried downgrading my drivers and still doesn't work. Does anyone know what could be causing these problems, here is my dxdiag file. (a little was cut out, too big to attach, I don't think anything I removed would be of importance.) The only errors I got was most of the time send error report type thing but 2 times it was memory could not be written error.

I use to play ffxi on this about a year ago, and my system hasn't changed in anyway since then.
