Images Are Not Appearing In Browser

For some reason some images and backgrounds do not appear on sites. even some buttings are missing what can i do to fix this?

if you use norton antivirus you could try this.

go to norton internet security then click on privacy control click on the advance button then under the webcontents options tab click add site then enter the site after that uncheck use default setting on information about visiting sites section and change from block to permit. that should work...
