Charater Models not comeing up!

Ok i bought FFXI the other day because i wanted to watch TV while i played it sometimes. I have a Radeon 9200. 128 MBs. On the Benchmark those cameup fine and everything. But I installed it and everyones PC model are comeing up mothing cept lil pieces of there armor. I really need if u can help IM me on AIM at VideoGameKid009 or post here.

Can you post a picture? I suggest reinstalling the lattest drivers though.
