Need some help please

Hello I was wondering if any one new what WtoolsA.exe, Wsup.exe is they are listed on my processes and I have no idea what they are
I attached a picture of the problem. Thank you for any help

Could be one of many things.

Try your registry.
When messing with registry, BACK IT UP.

Start > Run.. > "regedit" > OK

Select "My Computer", at the top in Registry Editor.
Choose "File" menu, and "Export..." to save a backup copy on your drive.

Navigate to the following:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

The programs listed will run when Windows starts up.
If you see the same .exe's here and you are sure they are not necessary for any software you are running, then delete the values in Registry Editor.

Do the same for
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

I hope this helps you kill off some rogue processes =)

If something goes terribly wrong, just restore the previous configuration you saves by using the "File" "Import.." menu selection.

Yes removing them from the registry like Sk0pe said will definitely do the trick. Also, after deleting the file references from your registry keys, you may want to reboot into safe mode, search for the files on your Hard Drive and delete them. You boot into safe-mode because it by-passes the WinLogon and Run processes in the registry.
