Well I found out what the problem was and got it fixed so everything is ok now ^^. Problem was "Line Noise" needed to call my phone company to come out and fix the lines and stuff. Now my connection is faster and no more R0s /hurray ^^.

i have followed this a bit.. and i also have huge lag! ADSL Connection 512k
I have 700 RAM and 2,4 GB celeron procceser and GeforceFX 5900 And the Lag is huge! when i am close to too many people (in a city or a party..etc) 6 month old pc
but on my older pc it does not lag that much!( its playable)
its 256 RAM 0.7 GB Pentium 3 Proccesser and geforce2
2-3 years old pc
i heard that its the celeron that kills the performance!!!
but does it kill that much!!!!
