  • Building a comp. contribute!

okay, I'm building a new computer, completely from scratch, and I'm buying EVERYTHING. drives, case, everything.
now, I want to make the BEST gaming machine I could possibly make.
note: I have an unlimited budget, thats right, I can waste as much cash as I need too, but it can only be one computer.
So I need help with what processor/motherboard/videocard/whatever to get.
if you can, post the name, and why you chose what you chose.
and I know overclocking/tweaking will probably be required, so if you wanna post about that, it would be great.
remember, unlimited budget, and the best of the best.
    my level rises every day

I built my computer using parts ordered from
        Axion

As far as the AMD goes - I dunno if you have the money for the new 64 bit processors, but right now there isn't much that will put it to good use unless you're running your computer as a server - as far as I know.

It will in all likeliness be useful a few years down the road. I myself will wait for the price to go down before I head off for college =)

Sorry for the rant: I wanted to type something more than a sentence and a link. I'm sorry if I'm wrong about the AMD; please don't turn this into a flame board
