Anyone know how the game would run on this card? Or does anyone have this card running and can tell me how well it runs? Im not looking to spend too much on a graphics card now, I only expect to play on low res, just wondering if it would work even on that. Or would something like a ATI Radeon 7000 64meg DUAL VGA, TV out PCI be any better?

No AGP slot, but do you think that type of card would work? I dont care how crap the graphics look as long as it can run fairly weel. Well i now kno that the ATI Radeon 7000 64meg DUAL VGA, TV out PCI wont work, but what about the MX?

The MX is NVIDIA's cheap line of cards (or something like that) and they blow donkey nuts. You'd probably get better performance with an old GF3 Titanium or something.
And I don't know how well things would work with a PCI card. I haven't had one for ages and I can only assume that they are very poor compared to AGP cards. You really must have an ancient mobo if it doesn't have an AGP slot.

I don't get so many people saying they have no AGP slot...
HOW THE HECK IS THAT POSSIBLE?
My now venerable Pentium II 400 CPU/motherboard has an AGP 2x slot. How could ANY motherboard capable of running this game NOT have an AGP slot?
As Omena says, the MX (even geforce 4 MX) are a bargain line of cards (though not so bargain with the geforce 4.) They don't have pixel and vertex shading, so they are already outdated. A full geforce 3 is better in some ways.
I would think number one would be buying a new motherboard, so you have an AGP slot. There are combination "upgrade friendly" motherboards, such as one that I have, which take a wide variety of CPUS such as slot 478 up to 2.5 ghz or something. They also often take one/or the other (not both at once) types of ram, such as mine being SDRAM(I'm using ye old pc133 SDRAM) or DDRAM. This gives you a little room to upgrade without needing a new MBOARD. This mboard is also 4x AGP.
Some people are scared to upgrade mboards and stuff, but its really quite easy. The sad thing is, I upgraded this about a year ago and really now am in need of a semi full computer upgrade... where its really as cheap for me to use this as a second "old" computer since at this point I'd need a new mboard, new CPU, all new RAM (Since no DDR) AND all new graphics card. Since, after that, a case and power supply are only around 50 some bucks and a great hardrive around 100, I may as well just build a new one.
I don' t know ANYTHING about radeon cards , but if it was fairly new and had pixel and vertex shading, while being fairly cheap, it would be a better choice than a geforce MX.

Guys, answer his question lol. Yes, the MX will play the game but not fairly well. I created that system requirements page for situations like this. I wish people would read other posts b4 deciding to post.
Here is the link again if you wish to see for yourself wut the game requires: http://www.free-webspace.biz/trunks_29/gamereq.html

My comp is only 1 year old, one of those intel ones aswell with all onboard crap. And the point kinda is, im cant reaslly aford to upgrade this computer, and am just looking for something to run it untill I get a whole new PC next year.
Intel Celeron 1.8Ghz
128Mb DDR SDRAM (ya im upgrading this in a few weeks)
40 Gig HDD
Mother board is some weird thing, in the POL system info it says:
Motherboard = NBGV - Northwood/Brookdale-G Validation Board
Manufacturer = Intel Corporation
So anyway, as long as the thing will run it im happy, gettin it pretty cheap so its alright, plus PCI graphics cards are real hard to find out here.
