Overclock Barton 2500+?

What should i set my bios too setting to make this faster, i only got a 3500~ H on benchmark with this rig:

Is my retail heatsink good? My temps don't ever go passed 50C. What fan would be good if not that one? Thanks. Also, how/should i overclock my 9600XT??
