  • 128 MB GeForce FX Go5600 (laptop)

I'm interested in buying a laptop that has this 128 MB GeForce FX Go5600 video card. I was wondering how well this would run FFXI. Since I don't have the computer, I can't do any benchmark tests, so does anyone here use this card? How well does the game run, and on what settings? Also, if no one here has this, could you at least give me a general idea of how well it would run the game? I don't play many PC games, so all I really need is a card that runs this particular game pretty well.

    Thanks

I dont know the specs of the card in question, but Id assume that you'd be going fine with that card.

XD I know this topic is kinda old but this might help.

I recently got the Hewlett Packard widescreen laptop with 128MB GeforceGo 5600 and it works fine with FFXI. It won't run well with all the setting up on high, just turn bump mapping off and the game runs fine at high resolutions. :x Hope this helps~
