hi. maybe there is no help for me but maybe you can offer some suggestions.
my comp is laptop a AMD Athlon XP-M 2200+, 256mb ram, ATI 320mobile 64mb( its shared so the ram is down to 192)
I have created a new hardware profile and disabled a lot of the services the other documents reccomend. i also have no startup programs.
on the benchmark i get:
low res: 1605
high res: 848
any suggestions? it seems when i play the game the low res works just fine, and runs smooth, but i really want to play in higher res.
One other quick thing, i have the newest ati drivers from compaq, and on the ati site it says go to compaq for driver updates, are the compaq drivers crappier or anything? would the catalyst drivers work on my card anyway? thanks for the input.
