PC Problem --- Again!!!

My friend just bought FFXI and when he finished installing and updating it it was saying that HARDWARE TNL not found... i tried to look for updates for his card but couldnt find one...

He has a Sony Viao Desktop with built-in vid. card (intel845G) and a built-in sound card...

what other suggestiuons can u guys give me...

My best guess would be the built-in video card. Generally, onboard video cards are crap.
