i had no problems with install, getting content id or nothing else. did the updates and all that stuff, no problem. i cant get past the create character screen. when i click create character the screen goes black and nothing comes on. i can hear music in background and birds and when i moved the mouse i heard a beep and the music changed so i mived it some more and i coul dgere the mouse going over selectable items. anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it?? hittinswitches@hotmail.com, or deezell@pol.com

you should probobly supply a little more info than that.
What video card do you have? Have you updated all your drivers? Is DX9 Installed? (even though this game uses DX8 its still nice to have DX9) Did you run windows update? You know info like that, just asking a question is one thing but don't be vauge in your questions. THat is the number one thing tech support hates.
