How do ya reckon I would go playing it and what would I be able to play it at high res smoothly?

I'd say you could run it just fine, if you had the money I would go an try an buy a 9700 pro or if you really wanted to go all out go buy a 9800 pro :p. If you didnt have the money thats fine.

Well I'm kinda on a budget because I'm upgrading to all that stuff this friday And it's 128meg so I'm not complaining Does anyone know what it would get on the benchmark?

I don't get it. So many people ask this question over and over again, yet there is a benchmark program that will answer that question.

Get the benchmark, link is in the news section, and see for yourself. Read the readme too, it will tell you if it will run well depending on what score you get. You have a nice system, much better than mine but your 9200 will hold you down. The 9200 is a very bad card, people get tricked into buying it because it has 128mb of ram and they think it's good. I have a 8500 (later renamed 9100) and it kills it. The reason being is that the 8500 have 2 texture pipelines and the 9200 has 1, the performance hit is BIG. I'm guessing you score will be around 4000 in low quality which is what you need to run FFXI well.

Well, he said they wanted to know what that system would be like. Seeing as they haven't got it yet, they can't run the benchmark, now can they?!

God, some people need to read a little closer. He wanted to know what that system would be like to save himself some money or buy something different.

I think someone needs to get a 'important' thread to explain what scores you'd get with what kind of machine.

Can you read? Or do you just like flaming? I can't do that benchmark because of 3 reason's.

1. The download was to big for my shitty 56k internet connection.
2. My computer at the moment is so bad that I would be suprised if the dam benchmark even ran on my computer :mad:
3. I don't even HAVE that computer yet.

Apart from the flaming I thank you for recommending the 9100 over the 9200.
