The FFXIOnline.com boards are helpful for FFXIOnline discussion, comments, questions whatever the case may be. There are also a few people here that often visit the Computers thread however since this isn't a strictly computers website you aren't going to get your answer as fast as you want or need. Below are some other computer forums that you have to sign up for, but are worth it because there are people constantly on that can help you with your computer related problems, questions or whatever it is.
