jasc paint shop pro, registry help

i need to get some help reinableing paintshop pro on my comp. right now it says "your free trial is over, click here to exit"
i believe it's a problem with the registry, but i don't know which or what to do with it.
please help me reenable this so i can make my sig:sweat:

i screwed around with the registry when removing adware/spyware, and i accidentally messed that one up. i still have 60 days left, but it says it's times up. it's not a cracked version, and i still have my free trial time left.

i am not a cracker/hacker. i would just like to use my program before the actual time is up.
