Will this new upgrades be enough?

Hey guys, righyt now im running on my compaq presario 700 laptop which runs at:

AMD Proccesor 999mghz
256 ram
crappy video card

all this n i cant run the benchmark, but i plan on upgrading to this:

2.4 penitum 4
512 ram
ati radeon 9000

you guys think this will be good enough for FFXI to run smoothly?
