I dont know much but i heard it was a book about the beginings of "The World" and was about the beta test period before any of the .Hack game or .Hack//Sign happened. Is it a magna? I would really like to read it if i could find it in English, i could buy it in Japanese but theres that whole problem of not being able to read it.

I have not heard anything about it, but my guess is that it may be a liscenced manga, because I've heard nothing of a new anime since Tasogare no Udewa Densetsu was adapted into an animation.

I've never heard of this particular manga, but there's the possibility that it's just a doujinshi. Doujinshis are basically fan fictions done by freelancing artists who distribute their work independently. If that's what it is, then this manga's plot isn't a part of the actual storyline developed by the real creators of .hack. Also, unless a doujinshi is really popular (both here and in Japan), it's hard to find any information pertaining to it due to the lack of fanbase, let alone translations in English.

Perhaps you'll find more luck if you search on Japanese pages for information on this manga (although it'll be kind of hard if you don't know Japanese).

            i just found this

A new manga drawn by the same artist and story done by the same story creator as .hack//DUSK, comes .hack//AI Buster. Not a lot of information is known about this and if it's linked to the main storyline of .hack or not. However, the first book is surprisingly already out and is still currently serialized in a monthly magazine called "The Sneaker".

.hack//AIBuster is a novel, not a manga. It takes place before .hack//SIGN and deals with an earlier, less successful version of Aura. I have no idea if there are plans to translate it or to convert it into manga format. There's another .hack manga out that's basically a better version of .hack//DUSK (Udeden) and its still being published in Japan. Tokyopop has the rights to it and it'll be published in English soon.
