      I'm so on the fence with Shinsekai Yori. I feel like each episode I watch I just develop more questions and that kinda frustrates me, but for some reason I still get sucked into the story! Ugh!

          The main character of K is a bit too positive for me. . . . .

            Not sure if it's all a front to hide something ... Shinseki Yori reminds me of something Stephen King could've written ...

              either way, a super positive main character usually doesn't captivate me for some reason. i never did read/watch any of stephen king's stuff >.> it always seems so scary . . ..>.>;;;;;;

                Zempten, you should at least read King's Dark Tower series. It's epic like Narnia or LotR, but way more surreal and a mix of sci-fi and fantasy. Not all that he writes are about psychopathic care givers

                ----

                What I'm looking forward to next season: Saki (Season 2), Tamako Market (A complete original work by K-On! director and writer Naoko Yamada and Reiko Yoshida), Vividred Operation (Directed AND character design by Strike Witches Kazuhiro Takamura), and Sasami-san@Ganbaranai, an original romantic comedy.

                    Yes, and it's really close ... a couple of the new series will start in just a couple of weeks! The rest will begin somewhere from the end of December through the early part of January. And there is a lot - maybe around 30 series from the well known animation studios - and possibly even more.

                        You going through Crunchroll or satellite/cable? If you're torrenting, then just download EP1 of every series and settle on the one you like ...

                            Ah ... well just stream away until you find something interesting. I can't help you beyond that because other than Saki, everything else is new.

                                I just watched Strike Witches the movie ... and it was entertaining. But kinda too much "touchy feely goodie two shoes". I wanted to wallow in some mud bath. I guess the demographics for this anime must be the age: "Sailor Moon".

                                Anyway, K is getting interesting again, which is good. But I can't wait to see the next episode of Robotics;Notes ... and SAO is awesome.
