I mentioned right off the bat that the protagonist bad ends.

I just can't imagine watching that series through to the conclusion without laughing your ass off at pretty much every character involved.

Yep I've seen K-On! but not K-On!! yet. I d/led it but there were not subs. Been a bit lazy about finding them. MIO FTW!

Feba, I did not find very much of that anime funny. There were some of the usual anime slapstick and jokes that were funny but the premise was FAR from humorous. You know that anime could be made into a full fledged live action movie very easily!

Dudemom, at one point three girls come out of nowhere, for no purpose other than to sleep with him given that most of the other girls in his class already have. The guy screws everything with a warm hole that gets within arm's reach. And then hilariously over the top murder by the craziest girls. How is any of this not hilarious.

Ever heard of Rideback? I've never heard anyone mention it, but it was a pretty nice series if I remember right. Not mind blowing, but just a good solid series.

I only got into about episode 9 of WORKING!!, but that was another fun one if you like the more slice of life stuff like K-On!

Also, have you ever seen Sayounara Zetsubou Sensei?

It's a show about a suicidal teacher and his class of dangerously insane students-- the student who is so delusional that she believes her father hung himself because he wanted to be taller, the hikikomori (shut-in) who leaves home so she can hole herself up at school, the student who's mute in real life but incredibly cruel and abusive online, the student who returned from abroad with multiple personalities, the student who obsessively stalks her love interests, the student that shoves sticks into dog anuses apparently solely because she can get away with it. And many, many more.




It's a comedy. And a fucking fantastic one.

There's also Shakugan no Shana and one of my favorites To Aru Majutsu no Index and To Aru Kagaku no Railgun.

And watching the first episode of Bakuman right now. It just started but it looks interesting so far. Also downloading the first episode of Star Driver (Bones)

I liked Rideback. Only thing I didn't like about it was that I found it to be a little short, but other than that it was a pretty cool concept.

@Ray, what did you think about Star Driver?

I just finished watching Season 6 of Major. Baseball anime which is somewhat realistic and has a better story than both Inazuma Eleven and Eyeshield 21.

Watched Seasons 1-4 of Eyeshield 21. Football anime with special moves. SMH at ending.

Watching Inazuma Eleven. Soccer anime with special moves.

It's definitely not Eureka Seven.

It has giant-bio-looking-robots of course, and has a Yugi-Ou-ish feeling to it, without the cards... And it may be because I was spoiled by Code Geass, but the aristocratic-like costumes just don't work at all either.

So guess I'll have to watch a few more episodes before making my mind on this one, but not expecting much.
