The first gig was a lot more plot than action, but the second gig seemed to deliver an even amount of both. I hope, whether this is a series or a movie, it can continue the trend of increasing amounts of action.

And the only English I understood outside of the title was, "FUHREEZUH".

All I can really say about this so far is that I am very intrigued by the idea of Togusa as the leading man in Section 9. He's the most human character in the show in more ways than one, but as he's been portrayed so far he really doesn't have the strength of character to take over for Motoko. I wonder how that comes to pass.

My favorite part of 2nd GIG was the backstories of the characters; seeing Batou as a noob and the Major as a little girl. It'll be cool to see how everyone grew up in the intervening years before the movie.
