Cosplay sites!

I'm going to Chibi Fest in March(In Las Vegas, I live there) it's like a little get together for those who show up every month and watch anime at the library, which is a lot of people(Maybe 40-50?). But everything there is going to be centered on Cosplay. Now I need a cosplay outfit for Kiba from Naruto and Neji from Naruto. Know any sites that offer costumes? And no I'm not entering any cosplay contests with it since it's against the rules but we're going to be roleplaying and stuff.

have you tried cosmates.com? they have some anime cosplay stuff. its a little pricy, but they do shipping for all over the place. ebay is an option too :3
for kiba though..you really dont need to buy a cosplay outfit for him X_x; just compensate with things you can get at the mall. it's nothing that's spectacularly hard to make either.
but for neiji..:\ you might have a little harder time with him.

I tried going to cosmates.com but it looks like the website doesn't exist.

Oh and you live in vegas too? Cool. Do you go to Anime Vegas or did you go to the Anime Vegas convention?
