bleach = shounen jump manga = 300-400 tv episodes before it ends
or the anime will outpace the manga (like hunter x hunter) and the show will only come out as oavs every 2 months...
naruto seems to be going in that direction

I've never seen the anime, and I didn't hear about it till recently, but I saw somewhere a while ago that capcom is making a fighting game based on the series for PSP. Looked really slick.
EDIT: I found the site again that had the pics I saw for this game. As far as I know, only announced to come out in japan too.

I've been watching the anime since episode 7 (currently... like 60 or so? Lunar's fansubs fumbled somewhere). It's started with a Yuyu Hakusho type vibe (much
), then shifted to a more Dragon Ball Z type feel. But it's got intrigue, good dialogue (well... I only saw the Cartoon Network DBZ), humor, and greater diversity. The fights are much better than DBZ as well.
