LOL, if the beautiful women part is a big deal then guess the one I'd go with is:

Kazuki Shikimori (Maburaho) - The guy to the story line may be the weakest, magically speaking, in a society were the amount of spells you're body is allowed to cast in your life time determines your social placement. The upside is even though he has only 10 spells he can cast his entire lifetime...

1) His spell potency reaches to depths of being almost god-like
2) Since his ancenstry is packed with over a 1,000 of the most powerful mages to ever exist, his off-spring will be of incredibly unfathomable power. Which leads to 3..
3) 3 Houses that control Japan are struggling for power as a result they got their daughter's after you wanting your seed to bear your off-spring.

Lol, what guy wouldn't like a cute girl who thinks she's already married to you because of a promise made back when you two were 10, a woman who's litterally trying to rape you, and well a woman that at first tried to kill you but later on is almost like seducing you.

Taro Hanaukyo (Hanaukyo Maid Team LaVerite) - Yeah, your parents may be dead but you grandfather passed on the family mansion and the wealth. It may be PG-16 only way I can figure is because most of the perversion stuff seems to only occure in the first few episodes then it seems to change it's tone very quickly. Azuma Kazuma from "Yakitate!! Japan"... that's a kid who knows how to cook!(Well, bread anyway >.>)

Anyway, Tsukino and Mizuno probably wouldn't mind taking it from behind if Azuma was the one who wanted it.

Maybe I'd be Kanmuri, but I'd have done what my father wanted and become a Yakuza boss if I were him(That's the only reason I'd even want to be him.)
