Nakago from FY or Shishio from Rk.

Well, I have two all time favorite baddies from anime. I will list reasons for choosing each.

First off, we have Shishio from Rurouni Kenshin, not only does he look like a badass, he has the evil attitude.
" Survival of the Fittest, the strong live, and the weak die. The weak are just food for the strong. "
To true that quote is, but still what an evil thing to say eh?
Not only is he a badass, he just doesn't seem to die, right when you think he is dead, he comes back, until he burns himself to death. Or rather combusts, but who pays attention to details right? Anyway, those would have to be the main reasons Shishio would have to be evil.

Next, we have Nakago from the almighty Fushigi Yuugi. Let's see, to begin with he is just a down right deceptive evil, blood crazed asshole, but once again, who's actually paying attention to details. Not only that, he doesn't seem to die either, but he is far less strong than Shishio. And quite a bit less, "crazed?". Hmmm...what else? He is evil, did I mention that? I might have, bear with me, I am coming up with reasons as I go along. Well, besides the fact that he is blood crazed, he desires power and chaos over everything, but what villian doesn't. I guess when I comes down to it Nakago is evil, but not evil enough to beat Shishio.

All in all, I guess I will just stick with Shishio as the all time greatest villian that ever walked the earth.

Sin, from FFX-He gets this purely because he's the most creative and different villain to come along in an FF for a long time...some of the details of his origins are sketchy though e.e...

Orochimaru from Naruto is kind of cliched among anime villains, but he's done so well I just have to mention him here XD

Youhei and Kouhei from Prince of Tennis- These girls were really bad-ass, though they definately played the wrong people...okay, I doubt anyone agrees let along reads/watcheds PoT so I'll let that one go...

Legato from Trigun is a wonderful villain, I love people who mess with your head constantly before going in for the kill XD

Hao from Shaman King is also cliched but cool...

In the best villain team category, I pick the psychic anti-Weiss, Swartz! (Please excuse me for destorying the spelling of that but its very early XD)

I have to go now, but my list was dragging on again anyway XD
