9: Akira (a classic)
10: Ghost in the Shell (the series and sequel aren't too bad either)

Subtitled is better than dubbed, hands-down, Kung-Fu Flicks, Anime, Wushu, whatever.....I hate hearing a British accent trying to dub over a mean looking Sen-sei/Si-fu......
