Kite is.....welll.....very very very sick. Don't watch it, please. I thought i have seen some crazy stuff, but this tops it. I didn't know really what it was about. I downloaded it, yes, i know, but I deleted it, lol. Anyway, found out that it most likely wasn't coming do the U.S. b/c of what happens in it. I'm glad too, it is really sick, don't care if it's just a "cartoon" underage people having sex/rape is unacceptable. Hint at it, but don't actually show it, that is really sick, I'm disgusted(not surprised) that someone would actually make something like this.

I understand what was meant behind the whole anime but, they didn't have to do it like that. ><

Lol, just don't get any anime that's 18+ especially if the content is based around erotica. Chances are with the anime they'll be some character that's underage in almost all of the 18+ ones. Those are pretty bad, some of the 17+ are bad but there are a few that I think are good and don't quite get why they were rated 17+ (Steel Angel Kurumi for example, best I can guess is because it had refferences of lesbians ).

But I have to agree Super Milk Chan is horrid, in one episode I swear I was about to vomit but I changed the channel to Sci-Fi and watched Stargate instead. For graphical appearance "Voice of a Distant Star" wasn't that good but it didn't win an award for it's graphics, it won an award for it's story content which I have to agree was very good to me.

Other then that, I know I have one that I own I thought was pretty bad but I can't seem to recall it's name (That's how bad it was :sweat: ).

You must have misunderstood what i said. I downloaded it, so I wouldn't know what it was rated. I just remembered hearing the name before, so i downloaded it.

I've seen 18+ stuff, so I know what you are talking about. It was just worse in thise movie that I saw. Plus I said i'm disgusted(not surprised) that someone would make something like this. lol

Anyway, it was a mistake on my part for dowloading an anime that i really didn't know anything about. A mistake that I have definetly learned from.

I will jump on the bandwagon and list Dragonball Z and GT. The original manga series was great until Piccolo reared his ugly behind and everything just fell apart. I have no idea how something with so many plot holes, horrid animation, terrible artwork and mind numbing incoherency has become so popular. I don't "hate it because it's popular", I really enjoyed the beginning of the saga, but it has degenerated so badly.

Oh, and I know I'm gonna burn for this.

Naruto.

Yes, Naruto. I used to watch this a while. Started off at the Gaijin exam or whatever it was, the pitfight between Neji and Naruto. I found it pretty cool for a good while, being my first anime and all, but then I found Trigun and FMA and left Naruto alone for a while. I come back and get my fill in of plot from a friend and to my great delight Chouji is becoming more of a major character. Sweet! I love that fat bastard. At this point I beging to look a bit more sceptically at it. Like, what the hell is so stealthy with blowing up an entire forest with a 500 ton frog and special effects of biblical proportions. They're suppsed to be ninjas aren't they?
And then Chouji dies (in a wonderful way I might add).
And I lose interest.

I took a peek at an episode at a friend a lil while ago and it featured a now evil Sasuke dishing out hell with Naruto. Mountains exploded and lakes burned.
I also learned that they had resurrected Chouji... No damn it, that death scene stays!! You don't ruin it by waking him up from the dead for heavens sake.

Whatever path Naruto is taking as a series it's strikingly familiar to the one Dragonball has taken. And that's why I list it.



I you want something really good on the other hand you read Battle Angel Alita. With emphasis on READ. Go for the manga, the anime didn't do it justice at all. I repeat, manga.
We're talking about something that never got big in japan because it made people think too much. Plus the artwork is definetively the best I have seen in a manga all my life, on the very top with Blade of the Immortal.

People need to read more manga. It's always a lot better than the anime...

It deals with downhill car racing?
It deals with a teenage boy comming to finally realize his talent?
Story wise it's weak?
The art work is horrid?

Given time, all of these (to me) were the only reasons why most people hate this anime. If people actually just go beyond the fact that the art work is really horrid, it is a good anime. But I'm a car enthusiast (not a big one, but I am), so I'm not too bothered by it. Plus seeing drift mechanics are fun, especially in an anime.

P.S. Oh, to me, worst anime ever created......hmm....has to be a leech kind. Something that drags itself for SO MANY Episodes, it's not even funny.

I'm not really a big fan of anime, so my opinions are a little biased. DBZ does suck, but the fact that it takes100^123455677 power episodes to do anything, means you could miss a months worth of episodes and still be totally caught up
Everyone seems adore Inuyasha. Granted, it only takes him an episode or two to defeat anyone, but all these people he defeats are just mindless lackeys. I've prolly seen 20 or 30 episodes late at night on adult swim after I get done watching Family Guy and Futurama. I've yet to notice any arching storyline other than they're after this guy in a polar bear skin and can never do anything about it. I've seen them introduce new characters, none of whom actually help them with their main goal. Like I said, I'm not a big fan of anime so it wouldnt be fair if I started naming some I didnt like since a lot of the reasons I dislike anime are the same reasons a lot of people like it.
Just like movies (Manos the Hands of Fate), I'm sure there is anime that just flat out sucks no matter who you are or what your preferences are, but there are a lot of people who like different things in the shows they watch, which means some people wont like one anime b/c the animation sucks, or another person wont like one b/c the story is slow etc.
Anyway, my 2 gil.

I dont like Inuyasha... Its just something about it, I dunno. Then again half the stuff thats dubbed over I hate (ie watching dubbed Naruto on Toonami is like satbbing myself with a 6 inch blade and poking the wound while pouring salt and lemon on the wound.)
