Spriggan had a lot of action lol. Ninja scroll had it's fair share. Knocking on heavens door has some really great Action scenes. and yes Beserk is a classic for action. (somtimes repetative but i never seemed to mind.)

I have no order for the lesser ones, but #1 is Berserk for me. Others are the later episodes of Getbackers, Wolf's Rain, Scryed, and Evangelion.
