NOW and THEN, HERE and THERE

I just watched the first DVD of this series (the first 5 episodes), getting late so I'm going to go to bed. I'll watch the rest tomorrow.... so far its a good anime. The reason for the post is that I was wondering if they cut scenes out of the English version or not? If you've seen the Japanese DVD version can you confirm any cut scenes?
