Going back to the metric vs. Customary argument, think of all that signage that would need to be changed from miles to kilometers.

Going off topic, I find it hilarious that the Windows time synchronization servers don't synchronize at DST at all. (You can find it in Date/Time settings under the Internet Time tab).

I manually set my Windows time forward.
