It's customer service. I don't think I've ever met anyone who really got a kick out of that job. I sure as hell wouldn't want to deal with a bunch of whiny players who think they are the most important people in the world all day long.

It's not the same thing at all. With Customer Service you have little power and almost no authority whatsoever, and you are dealing with people in varying degrees of anger, since most folks don't call CS when everything is just fine.
