this whole delay thing really pisses me off...but there is really nothing i can do but wait till it comes out...and it doesnt matter to me either way...subtitles, or english voice overs...either way i'll still see it

Well I'd buy it...I almost bought one at Oni-Con but it was either a bootleg ugly copy for like $5, or an official pretty copy for $50...I'd buy one just to have it and I know so many others who'd do the exact same. Hopefully they'll port it and some point soon and I'll be just one of the masses that will spend their hard earned money to see Cloud beat the crap out of Bahamut/Kadaj/the other two...forgot their names. XD

The only time where the dubbed voices were as good/better than the original was like Cowboy Bebop. Then again, both voices were really good.

Imagine how ghey Kadaj will sound in English. I mean he sounds like a 12yr old boy awaiting molestation.

you know the worst dubbed voices I have heard so far are some of the voices for "Sailormoon" i just watched one of the Super S movies that I found the other night and it made me sick to here serina's voice in english I had to turn it back on japanese with subtitles >.<

i hated the english re-dub of akira. The voices just didnt sound in place anymore.. The original english dub from the early 90's was much more beleiveable. Problem is its next to impossible to find that dub on anything but VHS.

well i had mine preorder from Ebay and it's no longer showing on thier system, so i canceled it.

to answer somone's question: I haven't seen it yet and I don't like watching movies on my pc, I'm holding out for the DVD

in the past with anime, i always get dvd over vhs because I can do both subbed and dubbed

if the DVD menu only consists of:
Play Movie
Languages: Japanese with English subtitles or English
Chapter/Scene Selection

and/or no additional DVD i'll be so disappointed.

Spirits Within came with a lot of DVD features, i'm hoping AC does too

Meh, are we definitely sure it's SE's problem holding back or the publisher's (Sony Entertainment)? Sony is notorious for doing stuff like that.

If they are releasing in spring, they better have a blue-ray version, which I will have to find some way to play it, or have japanese people in their new fancy PS3 rip it!

The highest quality rip and even the DVD still is only so-so on a HDTV, but that's because they just have so many crazy action sequences.

So sue me...HDTV trailers spoiled me.

I watched it ONCE and I wanted to poke my eardrums out. I think I watched for 5 mins before I was curled into a ball sucking my thumb. I'm in therapy now....I hope they can make the voices go away...... LOL
