You mom is a mod now.

Also, proof of what I'm saying is that SE specifically added an ability that would only help Rune Chopper WARs chop more.

. . . until they cap their equipment Haste from all their other gear, thus rendering the entire point of the Rune Chopper moot.

SE already knows this and will lift the Haste cap accordingly, I'm sure.

And here I thought it was going to be our "Merit 3" spell. At least then we could've passed it over for something more desirable.

By the way, more incoming bowel movement jokes...

Pardon me, but . . . what's with all the hate for Gravity II? There are plenty of feasible ways to improve over the original Gravity aside from even more movement speed down: higher spell duration, higher spell accuracy, higher Evasion Down potency, and so on. I wouldn't rag on Paralyze II so much if it didn't require wasting Group 2 Merit slots on something comparable to Ice Spikes. And then RDM tanking got obliterated . . .

Aside, our "Group 3" Merits are probably going to be that new category of Enspells, anyway. Incoming "backline-onry!" rage . . .

I'm trying to figure out what everyone expected that Gravity II is such an insult.

It's a bloody tier 2: it does what the tier 1 does, except a little more of it. With few exceptions (re: tier 2 En-spells which were still disappointed), there's little reason to expect it'd do any different.

Whether it turns out good or bad, we should be thankful (small comfort, yeah, I know) that it isn't Merit 3. Merited spells and abilities was an awful idea from the start and remains an awful idea.

Because Gravity is a nigh useless debuff that doesn't land on anything worth Gravity-ing. Except Cirein-Croin.

That's an issue with enfeebling on S-E's part. If they address that issue, great, and if not, it's still an issue with enfeebling in general. A simple tier 2 spell that would never have done anything more than just... tier up, is just a symptom in a larger problem.

A better question would be where the hell are the new offensive pacts to replace the level 70/75 ones?

Meh, I think the better question would be.... Will they ever get rid of the immunity on enfeebles on Nms?

My PC is still royally fucked up, can't seem to get rid of this God damn trojan with any of my programs....

Or it could be firefox just being shitty as well, but I can't seem to use the quote selected option anymore...

Anyway, I was going to say in my previous post that got f'ed up that SE already stated that they were going to address the effectiveness of enfeebling magic on NMs as they've finally admitted it's a rather glaring issue for RDM (and to a lesser extent the other jobs but mostly RDM) and even Requiem which mysteriously does nothing at all to them.
