The following additions and adjustments will be implemented in the next version update:

• A new exchange NPC for crests and seals will be added.
  
  • Current plans call for allowing players to trade three seals/crests for any one seal/crest of their choice.

  
  
• Porter Moogles will be introduced to the following areas:
  Selbina / Mhaura / Rabao / Kazham / Norg / Nashmau / Southern San d’Oria [S] / Bastok Markets [S] / Windurst Waters [S]
• It will become possible to redeem multiple battle trophies at once in the following areas:
  Abyssea – Altepa / Abyssea – Uleguerand / Abyssea - Grauberg

Oh dear…I hope they allow multiple trades on a menu. I’d hate to convert 3 BS to 1 KS one at a time ; ;

I would freaking LOVE to be able to trade something easy like say BLU head seals (Whiro's a joke) for NIN Body.

The Body seal NMs are the worst...

I'd love to be able to trade ANY seals to get WHM seals. Seriously I have:

2 BLM Body
2 RNG Hand
1 NIN Head
2 BRD ones that I got from an NM earlier today

I don't think I've ever seen a WHM seal drop =(

They clarified on the Official Forums that it is definitely not AF Seals. Sorry folks.

From Dominion Ops? Ya you'll never get what you want that way. Seals for your job will only drop there when you already have that +1 piece.

To be honest I don't know why the class for the seal is random. It really should just drop seals for your current class.

i know that way I'll probably end up with 80 Head Seals and 2 hand heals and non of anything else that way but hey I can cling on to hope!

We'll have to take you seal hunting. Most of the NMs aren't hard at all, doubly so when you've got a competent White Mage in the party.
