I'm with ya. Prishe is cool as a "strong" female character... but I'm not... attracted to... okay now I'm just creeping myself out. /stop

So true. I've wanted to use that damn cape several times but it's limitations really have made it simply a -1 inventory item for me. I've not had reason to use it w/in it's boundaries once... thinking it's time to chuck it.

There's nothing lady like about Prishe >_> apart from actually being a female I mean.

      Total 100% tomboy.

Let's not beat around the bush, you like her because she's a child. As for a statue, a useless one, at that. It'd be creepy seeing her in a mog house all the time.

I'm sorry she is not a horse like you like them, Dak.

I wonder. If there weren't age of consent laws, do you think nearly as many fictional immortals would just happen to get frozen in jailbait bodies while being technically old enough to consent?

I know what you are saying.

But I've known girls (one who is my friend right now) with such jailbait bodies and more than old enough to consent.

Should she/they be ostracized because they conserve better than other women?

Also, I've seen people from other places say women here look underaged when they are already in their 30's simply because women where they live decay faster. How do you determine underaged looks when age isn't an issue? I wonder-blunder.

I can see why people like Prishe, I actually liked her in Dissidia because she was better presented, I just think she could have been written better in CoP by toning down how "special" she is and at the very least have people call her out on some of the crap she says and tries to pull. Then reading Prishe's scenes, I always got the feeling that the person who wrote CoP was a 14 year old girl whose only beef with the story is that she wasn't in it. I think it's probably why I liked Naja, Gessho and Lilisette more then her.

At least it wasn't a Shantotto statue though. That alone would have prevented me from getting the last expansion and returning to the game . If I had to be locked in a room with either Prishe or Shantotto, I'd hang myself before I'd have to be locked in one with Shantotto. At least Prishe's probably got some interesting stuff to talk about other than how great she is.

This is pretty much what I felt for her most of the time, amplified by the fact that more than half of CoP, which is hard in itself, consists of following hunting her MIA ass around without knowing what the fuck she's up to.

There's only 3 things that made me like Prishe, and none of them happened during the first 90% of CoP:
                              1) She can dropkick Chuck Norris and it would make him vulnerable to mortals such as us.
                              2) They (literally) humanized her during the epilogue, and her behavior changed noticeably. So it's clear her immortality affected her judgement/attitude.
                              3) She was adorable during the first Bahamut fight cutscenes. I don't know if she continues to be afterwards, because I never got to do the fight, but that scene was worth doing CoP.

So basically it's not so much that she was a likeable person, it's just that she redeemed herself pretty hardcore at the end.

Is Abyssea Prishe as immature as the real, pre-CoP 8-4 Prishe? I'd hope not, as that wouldn't make her very interesting.
