The forum has been plenty busy lately because of the game's downtime anyway. It sucks when everyone is playing and I'm just click-click-click-clicking on the User CP link hoping for updates.
On the slow days though I can usually count on Yyg to at least give me someone to fucking talk to.
Any opinions expressed are my own, and potentially unpopular with others. Should this be upsetting, maybe, read it again, insert smiley faces, rainbows, and glitter as needed.
Social responsibility and business responsibility are two different things, and barring pants-on-head-retarded hard-coding, I still maintain that they could fulfill both sets responsibilities.
If you can come up with an argument that doesn't include you being a whiny, entitled child as to what responsibility SE has to you to keep the game running through acts of god I'll stop thinking of you as a whiny, entitled child.
Look, all I'm saying is maybe if they had had an earthquake, a tsunami, a nuclear disaster, a volcano eruption AND a zombie apocalypse THEN maybe they would have a reasonable excuse and I would cut them some slack, but as long as they have some infrastructure left and they're merely grieving for lost loved ones rather than running from them for their lives, I expect to continue to receive the services they have declined to charge me for and have reserved the right to discontinue at any time for any reason.
