What would have been awesome for PLD is if you turn into Cecil's DRK form ever so briefly, then act stunned after.

Some kind of 8-bit theater reference for RDM's would be hilarious, though very unlikely.

I would rather an 8-Bit Theater RDM reference than the ambiguously RuPaul garbage RDM got stuck with. /equip body FAAABULOUS!

In general, I thought the job-specific emotes were underwhelming. NIN and WHM walk away with the win here.

WAR too. Reminds me of Seifer in FFVIII's opening FMV.

Not sure why but I expected more than one emote per job after all the hype and length of time these have taken to release. I mistakenly assumed the whole range of emotes were being tailored to each specific job with subtle (no explosions of butterflies /comfort Rangers) differences between each much the same way they differ by race.

You're thinking Seiken Densetsu 2, which was called Secret of Mana in the US.

People were hoping Seiken Densetsu 3 would be released in the US as Secret of Mana 2, but it never made it over here and incidentally didn't have any of the heroes pulling a sword out of a rock.

^ I thought I saw that SD3 was being put on the virtual console? At least in Japan. There's talk of SE possibly porting it to the U.S. on the DS but who knows if that'll ever happen.

I miss the Mana Series, 2 and 3 were such fun and a lot people loved Legend too (not me though). Every game since has just been garbage. SD4 (World of Mana) was an atrocity.
